Shari has
been working with prenatal and postnatal women
for 15 years. She has three small children of
her own. She has written a thesis called
"Pilates for the Postnatal Mother", because
she feels that new moms don't have enough
guidance in the return to their pre-pregnancy
state.

so the new mom can get out
of the house and work out.
